Our Chef’s Choice weekly subscription is pre-selected for you by our chefs. Choose the dietary plan that fits your goals and the quantity of meals per week. Mix and match breakfast, lunch and dinner, or add any of our á la carte meals or desserts.
Our talented chefs use seasonal ingredients and will build you a variety of dishes:
Proteins: Organic Chicken, Lean Beef, Lean Ground Turkey, Tilapia, Cod, Lean Pork, Organic Chicken Sausage, Shrimp

Lean PlanOur Lean Plan is made for those who are looking to get lean and take in less protein. Each meal consists of 4 oz of high-quality proteins paired with just the right amount of smart-carbs and fresh, organic vegetables giving each meal just the right amount of nutrients. Lean Meals are on the lower spectrum of calories. The meal combinations are endless and will keep you looking forward to what’s next. 300-450 Calories (4oz protein, 1/2 cup smart-carbs, mixed veggies)

Balance PlanOur Balance Plan is made for the person who has reached their target goal and is looking to maintain. Each meal includes 6 oz of protein. Our chefs will balance your meals with a combination of varieties, keeping your meals interesting and unique! 450-600 Calories (6oz protein, 1/2 cup smart-carbs, mixed veggies)

Bulk PlanThe Bulk Plan is specifically designed for someone looking for a higher protein diet. Ideal for athletes and active individuals. Our chefs will build meals with 8 oz of protein paired with smart-carbs and fresh, organic vegetables. The variety will keep you engaged and prevent you from getting burned out from repeating the same meals. 550-800 Calories (8 oz protein, 1 cup smart-carbs, 1 cup vegetables)

Keto PlanThe Keto Plan is designed for customers that seek to lose weight and love doing it. Enjoy meals made to order by our chefs. Macros set at 5% net carbs, 25% protein and 70% healthy fat. Under 450 calories with less then 10% smart-carbs.
